I ordered flowers for a romantic dinner. Not only did they not come, the "specialist" I spoke to stated I could only get a partial refund!!! Not acceptable. I expect a call tomorrow or I will contact the Better Business Bureau, my lawyer, facebook followers, the paper and anyone else I can think of. These guys may very well be scam artists that need to be shut down. If they actually pay any attention to this at all, my name is M. Burrows and the order was placed 4/17/14. Order #02540744.
